How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping & handling are FREE when you spend £50 or more, and £2.99 for domestic and £6.99 for international orders below £50.
Do You Ship Internationally Outside the United Kingdom?
Yes, we ship worldwide, so no matter where you are, we can get your order to you. Just a heads up though, international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes on arrival, and those costs are your responsibility. We wish we could magic those away, but alas, customs has other ideas!

When Will I Receive My Order?
Within the UK, expect your goodies to arrive within 2-7 business days after we ship them out. Live further afield? International orders typically take 14-21 business days to reach you, though customs can be a bit unpredictable, sometimes faster, sometimes a touch slower, depending on where you are in the world.

What Is Your Return Policy?
If you need to return or exchange your order, we've got you covered! We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Choose store credit, swap for something else, or get your money back to your original payment method. Just contact us with your order number, and we'll sort you out.
One heads up, we don't cover return postage, so you'll need to cover that cost yourself. Send your items back safely; we recommend using a tracked service.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we receive your returned items, allow 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your refund to be processed.
