Once your order ships, UK packages typically arrive within 2-7 business days, while international orders usually take 14-21 business days (though customs can be a bit unpredictable). You'll get a confirmation email as soon as we process your order, so you'll know it's on its way.

Made-to-order and custom pieces like clothing and jewellery need a little extra love, so they may take longer to create and post. Not sure how long yours will take? We're here to help, just get in touch.

One heads up: customs clearance can sometimes add a bit of time to international orders, and any fees charged by customs are the customer's responsibility. Nona Gallery isn't able to cover those costs, but we'll always keep you in the loop about what to expect, and we always do our best to mitigate any fees before sending you your order.

If you need to return or exchange your order, we've got you covered! We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Choose store credit, swap for something else, or get your money back to your original payment method. Just contact us with your order number, and we'll sort you out.

One heads up, we don't cover return postage, so you'll need to cover that cost yourself. Send your items back safely, we recommend using a tracked service. Once we receive your returned items, allow 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your refund to be processed.
