Shipping & handling are FREE when you spend £50 or more, our way of saying thank you for supporting our little business! Orders under £50? Just £2.99 for UK delivery or £6.99 for international.
Once your order ships, UK packages typically arrive within 2-7 business days, while international orders usually take 14-21 business days (though customs can be a bit unpredictable). You'll get a confirmation email as soon as we process your order, so you'll know it's on its way.
Made-to-order and custom pieces like clothing and jewellery need a little extra love, so they may take longer to create and post. Not sure how long yours will take? We're here to help, just get in touch.
One heads up: customs clearance can sometimes add a bit of time to international orders, and any fees charged by customs are the customer's responsibility.
